pay teachers very highly (pay based on college enrollment + post graduate employment)
any county not graduating 95% within 2 years loses funding.

We do not have the tools, concepts, culture and work force ready to take on what swirl exists.

Nothing hidden. Education is an answer of large proportion. Just like your recent blog, educate like crazy (hopefully) with a strong proof-based empiricism and see what happens. I’d rather support that than maintain the opposite we have now. And, that would be a great platform to run for office on… Everyone from the politicians on down to the middle school students “get” based on performance. There are no extenuating circomstances. It does require replacing 90% of the education ‘union’-esque infrastructure. Hell, Id run if that was a plank.
